What's the funniest or weirdest thing that's happened to you at Good As Gold?
When we had the Auckland GAG, it got ram raided one night, that was pretty weird and messed up.
Fuck, marry, kill: Suprette, Area 51and Loaded
GAG has been killing all of the above for years! Haha but really it's all love. We're lucky to have an amazing community of independent retailers like the above stores. Big shout-outs to Rickie and James from Suprette, Cam from Area 51, Lisa and Marty at Loaded. We're all out here battling against the tidal wave of soulless chain stores and billion dollar corporations.

What did you do for your Christmas break?
I went to Gisborne with my wife Ashlee (the other half of GAG) and our 2 boys. It's the first time in 15 years that I haven't worked in the shop over the Christmas rush. We chilled at the beach, got a little bit of surf, read books and had lots of cold beers and ice creams. Thanks to the GAG gang for holding it down.
Where's the best place to chill in Wellington this summer?
An afternoon at Days Bay with beers, pizza, bombs off the wharf, and the last of the sunshine.
