Shipping & Delivery

Online orders are dispatched daily within business hours, Monday-Friday, and aim to be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day. We strongly recommend choosing ‘local pick-up’ if you live in Wellington!

All delivery methods are fully track and traceable. Our default shipping option is signature required. We can send items without signature at the customer's request, but without signature, we can not take responsibility if items are lost or stolen.



Please keep an eye on your delivery by monitoring the tracking number for updates. If you miss your delivery and do not arrange redelivery, or collection of your package within a certain amount of time (This varies from country to country) this is your responsibility and we are not able to cover the cost of shipping back to you if it gets sent back to us. Re-delivery costs will need to be repaid to us to resend it.



Customs Charges:
Every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Good As Gold is NOT responsible for customs charges. If you do not pay these charges and the goods don't get returned to us within the 14 day returns period, we are not obliged to offer a full refund and the goods will be redirected back to you. So once again please note, these charges are your full responsibility and you should take this into account before making your purchase.

    New Zealand:
    North Island - Friday 20th December
    South Island - Wednesday, 18th December

    Australia - Monday 9th December
    Australia Express (DHL) - Monday 16th December

    International: Monday 2nd December
    International Express (DHL) - Wednesday 11th December

    We aim to deliver all NZ orders in 1-3 days and all orders are sent with track n trace.

    • Domestic orders are sent using NZ POST Couriers.
    • Free courier delivery when you spend over $99.00.
    • Purchases under $99.00 will be charged $10.00 for courier delivery.
    • Rural Delivery: Spend over $249.00 for free courier delivery.
    • Purchases under $249 will be charged $20.00 for courier delivery.

    We do not deliver to rural addresses unless you tick the rural option of shipping and pay the extra $20.00 (NZD).

    We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags so just give us your Aunty or Grandma’s address and then you can take over from there.

    Occasionally in busy times deliveries may take upto 14 business days.

    Ordering multiple pairs of shoes will incur an additional shipping fee.

    • Australian orders are sent with AUSpost.
    • Free courier delivery when you spend over$99.99AUD.
      
    • Purchases under $99.99AUD will be charged $35.00AUD for courier delivery.
    • We offer Express DHL Shipping for $15.00 AUD - (2-5 working days).

    All international orders are shipped with NZpost or DHL Express.

    Please note in busy times there can be postage delays out of our control.

    No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges on International orders.

    • Singapore - $45.00 (SGD)
    • Thailand - ฿1,300.00 (THB)
    • Japan - ¥5,700 (JPY)
    • China - ¥280.00 (CNY)

  • We offer Local Pick Up / Click & Collect.

    The pick up location is our Wellington store at: 20 Bond Street, Te Aro, Wellington.

    You will receive an email once your order is ready to collect if you do not receive this within one working day please check your spam and get in touch with us, info@goodasgold.co.nz

    When picking up your order please have your order confirmation ready. If someone is picking up your order for you they will also need to show the order confirmation.

    Please note, In store pick ups will be held for you at Good as Gold for a max of two weeks from order confirmation, our returns policy applies from the day of order confirmation.
