Full-time (40hrs) ~ In-Store (Wellington)

Our little slice of retail heaven is on the hunt for a full-time Retail Salesperson to join our in-store team.

We’re proud to deliver a unique shopping experience that stands out. From exceptional customer service and top-tier product selection to strong brand knowledge and an unbeatable store atmosphere.

Day to day, you’ll be working alongside our awesome in-store crew - helping customers find what they’re after, keeping the store looking its absolute best, and creating fun, authentic in-store content that brings our vibe to life across social media. If you love fashion, people, and building a welcoming atmosphere both in-store and online, we’d love to hear from you.

What we need from you:
- You're punctual and take great pride and care in what you do.
- You have great chat and can easily connect with people from all walks of life.
- You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy improving systems and processes - with our store team also supporting online order dispatch and fulfilment.
- You're into cool shit, with a strong understanding and appreciation for the Good As Gold brand, ethos and general vibe.
- You are comfortable being in photos, and would enjoy creating in-store content for use on GAG's website and social media channels.
- Weekend availability is required.
- And most importantly - you have a positive attitude, great sense of humour and a fun energy that shines through to the people around you.

Bonus points:
- Knowledge of online store/POS platforms such as Shopify/Vend/Lightspeed.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within retail, such as Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
