Logistics, Inventory & Dispatch Manager for Good As Gold Distribution

Full Time ~ Wellington Based

The Distribution & Wholesale side of Good As Gold is looking for an ambitious and dedicated Logistics, Inventory & Dispatch Manager. You will plan and organise all the imports and orders for our growing list of international brands and dispatch them to our retail partners.

Role Description:
- Planning and organising international and domestic freight transport.
- Maintaining and establishing relationships with suppliers, brands and retail
stores.
- Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers.
- Checking and confirming orders with suppliers and stores.
- Product Creation, Product Upload and Sales upload.
- Managing inventory and restocking wholesale customers / up-selling (stocktake/cycle counts).
- Manually pick & pack wholesale orders.
- Invoicing and Billing.
-Managing the B2B (business to business) Shopify platform.
- Assisting in the planning of national and Australian sales trips to sell our ranges. 
- Warranties and repairs for NZ and AUS retailers.
- Support head of sales during selling season.

Necessary Requirements:
- Excellent time management & a sense of urgency
- Self-Motivation and Initiative to work independently with the ability to work
in a small team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and trustworthy. 
- Interest and determination in improving systems and processes. 
- Computer and Mac literate.
- Able to touch type (40WPM or better).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Advantageous Skills:
- Working knowledge of inventory platform Cin7.
- Knowledge of the Xero, Trello & Google Drive.
- Working knowledge of online shipping platforms (e-ship, startrack, DHL)
- Working knowledge of online store platform such as Shopify.
