Shipping & Delivery

Online orders are dispatched daily within business hours, Monday-Friday, and aim to be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of order. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.

We recommend choosing ‘local pick-up’ if you live in Wellington!

All delivery methods are fully track and traceable. Our default shipping option is signature required. We can send items without signature at the customer's request, but without signature, we can not take responsibility if items are lost or stolen.



Please keep an eye on your delivery by monitoring the tracking number for updates. If you miss your delivery and do not arrange redelivery, or collection of your package within a certain amount of time (This varies from country to country) this is your responsibility and we are not able to cover the cost of shipping back to you if it gets sent back to us. Re-delivery costs will need to be repaid to us to resend it.



Please note for rural shipping: We will send an additional invoice if the amount is above $10 for orders under $249.

Customs Charges:
Every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Good As Gold is NOT responsible for customs charges. If you do not pay these charges and the goods don't get returned to us within the 14 day returns period, we are not obliged to offer a full refund and the goods will be redirected back to you. So once again please note, these charges are your full responsibility and you should take this into account before making your purchase.
