We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and this is usually within one business day. In busy times orders will be processed within two working days and shipped within five maximum. There are only a few of us and we will try our hardest to ship your order as fast as we can. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and Good As Gold is satisfied with the integrity of the order. When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase, this will contain an invoice of the item/s and its cost. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

All of our delivery methods are fully track and traceable.


NZ Orders

Domestic orders are sent using PBT Couriers. Although we endeavour to deliver to you overnight it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If the order has not arrived by then please email [email protected] with your order number and contact details.

If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster.


International Orders

International orders are shipped using New Zealand Post. It takes up to 14 working days depending on where you are, to arrive after your payment has been confirmed (provided it doesn't get stopped in customs). If the order has not arrived by then please email [email protected] with your order number and contact details.

We also offer express shipping with DHL (faster) so make sure you check the shipping drop down for options at the check out.

Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Good As Gold is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.


In Store Pickup

You will receive an email to confirm your order is ready to collect. If you do not receive this within one working day please email us at [email protected] These are some handy tips for picking up your order with no fuss:

  • Please bring your order confirmation email with you to pickup your order. This is to make sure you get the right order! If another person is collecting on your behalf they will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.
  • In Store Pickups will be held at Good As Gold Wellington for a max of 1 months from point of order.
  • Our returns policy applies from day of confirmation of order (that first email we send you).

Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand:

Free courier delivery when you spend over $99.00.
Purchases under $99.00 will be charged $5.00 for courier delivery.
We aim to deliver all NZ orders with a 1-2 day courier service, but occasionally in busy times orders can take 2-4 days.



Australia:

Free shipping when you spend over $99.00 (NZD).
Purchases under $99.00 (NZD) will be charged $15.00 (NZD) for shipping.
Our standard Shipping to Australia takes 7-14 days.


Rest Of The World:

Free shipping when you spend over $299.00 (NZD).
Purchases under $299.00 (NZD) will incur the following shipping charge:

Europe $29.00
UK $49.00

Returns

Full priced items may be returned for a credit with Good as Gold within 7 days of receipt for New Zealand purchases, and 10 days of receipt for international purchases.

Contact must be made via [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the goods advising us of return.

Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags and packaging intact.

Shipping and handling is non refundable and returns are the customers responsibility until they reach Good as Gold Ltd.

Discounted items or Items purchased with special offer discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
